Services for Mildred Marie White, 91, of Cogar will be held on Tuesday, March 13, 2018, 11am at the United Methodist Church in Minco; burial will follow at the El Reno Cemetery, under the direction of Huber-Reynolds Funeral Home in Minco
Mildred was born on November 17, 1926 at Justin, Texas to Charles S. and Alta Burness (Loyd) Teal. She died on Thursday, March 8, 2018 at her home in Cogar.
Mildred was raised in the Cogar community attending Lone Rock School in Cogar. Mildred married Gilbert A. White in January of 1945, moved to the Banner community till 1966 moving to Cogar. She was a homemaker, enjoyed raising chickens, geese, ducks and guineas, she was previously employed as a line worker at Delta Faucets' in Chickasha for 12 years.
Mildred is preceded in death by her parents, husband Gilbert on July 17, 1971, daughters; Barbara Jennings and Janet White, granddaughter; Sonya Maldonado, grandsons; David and Danny Jennings, great grandsons; Dawsen Wissinger and Christian Joe Griffin, brother; Semmie B. "Jack" Teal, sisters; Margaret Hatfield and Janet Bennett
Mildred is Survived by: Daughters; Carol Smith of the home in Cogar, Susan Oliver and husband Tim of Cogar, Sons; David White and wife Cecelia of Midwest City, Gerald White of the home in Cogar, Robert White and wife Kathy of Anadarko, Donald White and wife Robyn of Verden, Rev. Gilbert "Bud" White and wife Sharon of Rice Lake, Wisconsin, Son-in-law; Garland Jennings of Oklahoma City, Brother; Jimmy Teal of Wynnewood, Sister; Juanita Argo and husband Virgil of Oklahoma City, Numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren, relatives and friends.
