CSM (Ret.) Ricky Lewis "Rick" Wagner, 64 of Tulsa passed away May 6, 2016 after a valiant fight against cancer.

"Mr. Rick" was a volunteer at Bill Wallace Early Childhood Center and avidly enjoyed reading to the kids. Rick's mission in life was to inform, inspire and spread the word of God. He will be missed by all but this is truly the changing of the guard. He would want the torch to be passed and have others make their mark in the world as he did.
