In high school Mike (as his friends called him) was a star basketball player.  He played baseball also and enjoyed umpiring.  He routinely followed many teams, the Golden State Warriors being a favorite.  His varied interests included writing poetry and music, tending flowers, singing and playing guitar.?Mike was grateful for his many friends who helped him often.  Some he met at the 1st Baptist Church in Chickasha.  He loved visiting and playing music with those at the local Senior Center.  He was an advocate for Chickasha's mental health programs, and actively helped recovering addicts. Mike was preceded in death by his parents Robert Ray Ogle, Sr. and Dorothy Aline Ogle and brother Robert Ray Ogle, Jr.  His father was a descendent of Robert Morris Ogle and David Proffit Ogle, pioneer homesteaders in the days of the "Land Run" when Oklahoma was called "Indian Territory." Survivors include his sister Ann (Ogle) Dame of Liberty Lake, WA; brother David Ogle of Los Gatos, CA; aunt, Claudette Okrasinski of Colonial Beach, VA; and cousin Frances (Ogle) Gallup of Upland, CA.  Also surviving are his nephew Stephen Dame of Everett, WA; three nieces: Sheryl Jordan of Windsor, CA;  Susan Colliflower of Liberty Lake, WA; and Ashley Janhunen of Tahoe Vista, CA and all their families.
