Chickasha, OK - Memorial service for Bill Wilkerson Jr., 73, of Chickasha will be held Saturday, August 16, 2025 at 10 A.M. at Vital Church fellowship hall located at 102 E. Almar in Chickasha. Bill was born to Bob Wilkerson and Geraldine Troup Wilkerson on June 27, 1952 in Grand Junction, Colorado. He passed away August 6, 2025 in Oklahoma City.

He is survived by 2 sons, Bill Wilkerson III of Norman and Charles Eugene Wilkerson of Chickasha, 2 daughters, Jeannie Timmons (Brent) and Nikki Wilkerson both of Amber, 4 grandchildren, Conner Davidson, Kory Davidson, Karajo Davidson and Rowyn Wilkerson. 3 sisters, Barbara Turner (Danny), Phyllis Christian (Allen) and Rowena Nunnelee (James) all of Chickasha, one brother Jerry Madison of El Salvador and a special friend Wanda Powell of Chickasha, also many cousins, nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents Bob and Geraldine Wilkerson and two brothers Gary Madison and Charles Wilkerson and the mother of 3 of his children, Suzy Wilkerson.

Bill graduated from Chickasha high school in 1970 and went to OU for a short time then joined the United States Army and served for three years. As a young man he hauled hay for his Uncle Henry Troup. Later he became a roofer and construction worker working with his brothers-in-law, Danny and Allen. The last several years he had a lawn mowing business. Bill was an easy-going man and was loved by many and he will be greatly missed.
