Blanchard, Oklahoma - Freddie Clarence Ballard Jr. passed away on June 12, 2026 in Blanchard, Oklahoma. Freddie was born in Chickasha, Oklahoma on September 8, 1954. He graduated from high school in Alex, Oklahoma in 1974. He attended school in Waxahachie, Texas until he was in the seventh grade and at times during his high school years. He attended college at Navarro College in Corsicana, Texas. Freddie worked at many different occupations during his life including as a cotton buyer, sales person, loan officer, and process server. He was a long time resident of Chickasha, Oklahoma but also lived in Waxahachie, Texas and other Texas locations. Freddie seemed to know everyone in Chickasha and was a very friendly and outgoing person. He loved to joke, tease, and make people laugh. He will be greatly missed by his family and many friends.

Freddie is survived by his sons: Jeffrey Ballard and wife Marissa with their three children, Mackenzie, Luke, and Nolan; Michael Ballard and wife Whitney with their four children, Addisen, Denver, Easton, and Gunner: daughter Kena Long-Jordan with her two children Spenser and Keagan; and granddaughters Paige Garner, Hali Pedraza, and Summer Moreno; sisters: Susan Gee and husband Doug; Marcie Lee and husband Dennis; Sarah Whitten and husband Josh, and Darla Rieper; brothers: Bill Terry and wife Michele; David Terry; Tim Terry and wife Marlaine, Christopher Ballard and wife Kasie; Matt Ballard and wife Myra; Tony Rieper and wife Chantell; Trey Rieper and wife Stephanie: stepmother Connie Ballard; aunt Sheryl Ballard and many nieces and nephews, cousins, and a great number of friends. He was proceeded in death by his mother, Wanda Ballard and his father, Fred Ballard Sr.; stepmother Sandra Strickland Ballard; and daughter Donna Satterwhite.

The memorial service for Freddie will be announced at a later time.
